EMOTIONAL WELLNESS
We are experiencing the magical impact of emotions consciously or unconsciously in every aspect of our life.
When we choose to do, say or act in a certain manner that is because somewhere there is an emotion attached to it.
However these emotions become patterns of responses in adulthood as we continue to respond in a similar manner through our experiences beginning from childhood. Our response to the environment determines the FRAGRANCE of our life. The quality of the Fragrance attracts or brings about the quality of the environment that we are living in - be it work, life, relationships with others or relationships with our own Selves.
From these experiences in a period of time we add our reasoning and inferences about the similar situations in life and we carve out our Beliefs. These beliefs help us live life and see the way we see it from our own past experiential glasses.
Pain is experienced in life when this emotional wellness quotient is in imbalance. At the core of emotional wellness we as humans thrive and need acceptance and appreciation. However often in life we seek this outside and as a result, keep expecting.
